Wai’anae High School Hospitality Club

Who are we: Students who participate in Wai’anae HS Hospitality Club will be exposed to the hospitality industry in a fun and exciting environment. Five field trips will be held to various locations on Oahu to expose our students to the hospitality environment, share with different employment opportunities and get them excited and interested in the hospitality field. Regular meetings dates will also expose our students to the different careers available within the hospitality field as well as incorporating guest speakers, exposure to customer service, security, food service, hotel operations, etc.

 

What do we want:  Students that express interest in participating must complete the attached form (front and back) and return by Friday, February 22, 2019 before 2:30pm @ C-103. 

 

When do we meet: Wai’anae High School Hospitality Club will meet after-school on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:30 - 3:30p in C-103. In the event that there is a holiday, then there will be no WHS Hospitality Club meeting and/or field trips for the day.

 

For your information: When field trips are scheduled additional permission forms will be sent home and most field trips will occur on a school day. Your son/daughter’s attendance will be adjusted to reflect an authorized field trip.

Wai'anae High School Hospitality Club

Purpose: To expose our students to the hospitality industry, to explore employment opportunities and participate in on-site shadow or occupational tours.
